Parents Athletes Coaches Meeting

WHEN: Feb 26, 6:00 pm

WHERE:  Winona Senior High Auditorium.

COMPLETE EACH STEP BELOW

STEP 1: Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. Physicals are good for three years from date of your last physical.   Once your physical is complete you can turn it into the Athletic Office.

STEP 2: Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form (includes all forms in one) and make your payment.

REGISTRATION IS DONE BY GRADE AND NOT THE LEVEL YOU PLAY.
